MRZ9ine

MRZ9ine was designed for an operational workflow where reading the passport is only the first step. The value is getting data reviewed and ready for the system that will consume it.

01 /

The problem does not end with the scan

Capturing names, IDs, passport numbers, and dates manually means repeating steps and increases the chance of errors. The data also tends to end up in different reports, each with its own formatting rules.

MRZ9ine starts from that daily work: an OCR HID reader types the two MRZ lines like a keyboard, and the application detects when a reading is ready to process.

02 /

From the MRZ area to a reviewable record

The parser interprets TD3 passports following the ICAO 9303 structure and performs basic validation before showing the data. The operator can review and correct each field, add records manually, and gather the batch in a table.

Review stays inside the workflow instead of becoming a separate later task. The record that gets exported is also the record that could be inspected.

03 /

An output for each operation

The generation menu can prepare CSV files with visible columns, manual deliveries for Oracle 11g, and Excel workbooks for monthly records or regional submissions. The application does not execute SQL: it generates a file that can be reviewed and used in the existing process.

Sessions are stored locally so a previous batch can be resumed, work can continue, and an interruption does not force the operator to start over.
